It's only mid-October and here in Cork they're already playing Christmas ads on the radio, and selling Christmas items in the stores. Did I mention it's only October??

Do they have Halloween?
YIKES! It's still mostly about Halloween here, but I know November will bring the Christmas rush!
If it's any consolation, it snowed here today. Blahh.
Yea they do Halloween here - in fact, they do ANY reason to sell chocolate - but some stores have started their Christmas drive already. I heard on the radio this morning of some mega store opening in town. They sell "everything Christmas".. think Home Depot but Christmas Depot. I wonder if they have little baby Jesus'.
Remembrance Day isn't big here unfortunately.
