Awkward Moment Of The Day

On ward 3A this morning, I recognized the nurse putting away the Echo trolley so I mention to her:

"Hey, are we neighbours on Summerstown Road?"
"Maybe.. where do you live?"
"I'm #47, right across from the convenience store."
"Yes we are then. I live next to the store."
"Cool - my name is Ian."

She continues, "Are you the one that lives on the second floor?"
"Yes..."
"The one with the computer at the desk by the window, and the light on all the time?"
"Yea...."
"Ok then, we see you a lot!"

In my head: "Oh man, where did I see those blinds for sale last week??"
